Yellow to Blue Crackled Vase

Description

Beautiful vase or vessel, thrown on a potter’s wheel. White stoneware clay, Persian blue slip covered in sodium silicate, and then crackled. Dipped in three different glazes. Colored glazes flow through the cracks, creating different greens, blues, and yellows. This piece is decorative only, it does not hold water. This piece measures 4″ across and 7.25″H. Clay and glazes have natural variances in color and flow, this glaze combination looks different in every kind of light. Due to the handcrafted nature of my pottery there may be slight imperfections, variations in size or appearance. My pottery is high fired and food safe. High fired ceramics are generally dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. Please do not freeze or microwave them.
